Kailey Mateo is the GBHI Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator based at UCSF. Her background is in public health with a passion for chronic disease prevention.
Kailey has prior experience working in research and evaluation through the creation of survey tools and data collection and management. Previously, she worked with the Santa Clara County Public Health Department and the HealthTrust Food Basket.
At GBHI she will be working with the Monitoring and Evaluation team to provide ongoing support for the monitoring and learning activities of the program across sites. The M&E team will continue to expand horizons and explore new arenas, such as evaluating social impact.
Bio: Kailey Mateo received a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with minors in Biology and Studio Art from Santa Clara University. Kailey joined the GBHI team as the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator in January 2019.
