Marie Edouard is the Fellowship Experience Manager at GBHI based at UCSF. She provides guidance and support to both incoming and current Atlantic Fellows for Equity in Brain Health.

Finding new ways to do things
Marie Edouard is aware of the multi-dimensional effects dementia and Alzheimer’s have on caregivers and family members through personal and professional experience. By supporting the Atlantic Fellows, she hopes to contribute to the promotion of brain health resources across the globe.
Marie Edouard has worked in health care and education, including the NYC Department of Health, teaching, advising, administration in higher education, and in supporting international scholars. Her experiences allowed her the opportunity to serve individuals from various academic, socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
Marie Edouard supports the Atlantic Fellows and collaborates with the GBHI team to achieve our goal of reducing the global scale and impact of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. She wants everyone affected by dementia and Alzheimer to be treated with love and dignity. She is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
Marie Edouard holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Biology with a concentration in Molecular Biology from Long Island University in New York. She joined GBHI in October 2019.
