Martin O'Brien

Martin is an internationally recognised advocate for justice and reconciliation and has received numerous honours for his work. With over three decades of leadership in philanthropy, human rights, and social change, he is the Founder and Executive Director of the Social Change Initiative - supporting activists and donors to advance peacebuilding, equality, and human rights globally. Previously, Martin held senior leadership roles with The Atlantic Philanthropies. Earlier in his career, he served as Executive Director of the Committee on the Administration of Justice, playing a significant role in advancing human rights and contributing to the Belfast/Good Friday Agreement.
