Rachael has focused on creating opportunities for learning, engagement, and connection within higher education. Through recruitment, outreach, and community-building initiatives, she has worked to support diverse groups of people in accessing opportunities and developing meaningful networks. 

Motivation

By helping to attract, engage, and support diverse leaders from around the world, Rachael aims to strengthen the global effort to improve brain health and reduce the impact of dementia for future generations. 

Education & Experience

Rachael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin and a Master’s degree in international Tourism from the University of Limerick.

Rachael has a background in higher education, student engagement, international partnerships, recruitment, and event management. Throughout her career, she has worked across student support, global mobility, and community engagement initiatives, helping to create inclusive experiences and build meaningful connections between individuals, institutions, and communities.
