Hosted by the Alzheimer's Association, AAIC Neuroscience Next is a global, no-cost hybrid conference that aims to support and showcase the next generation of Alzheimer’s and dementia researchers and clinicians. The program is presented in a hub format that connects both global and local communities.

Attendees can tune into the virtual core scientific program from anywhere in the world, and participate in person at one of the hubs for poster presentations, networking sessions and skills workshops.

The 2026 hubs are:

  • San Jose, Costa Rica
  • Montevideo, Uruguay
  • Nnewi, Nigeria
  • Manchester, United Kingdom
  • Prishtina, Kosovo
  • Sydney, Australia

Two of the hubs, Costa Rica and Nigeria, will be co-led by Atlantic Fellows for Equity in Brain Health.
