Traumatic Brain Injury Screening

Investigators on this project developed a computer-based self-administered version of the interviewer-administered Ohio State University Traumatic Brain Injury Identification Tool in English and Spanish. The English version was administered at UCSF and Trinity, and the Spanish version was administered at UCSF only. This self-administered identification tool was then validated against the gold standard interviewer-administered OSU TBI-ID.

Ongoing work includes programming the TBI survey in TabCAT and recruiting fellows to translate the survey into additional languages.
